Corporate Coffee Solutions - It Just Makes Sense!
We have been providing outsourced coffee services to corporates and small enterprises for over 10 years now. This includes anything from providing coffee machines, coffee vending machines, all the consumables needed to make great drinks and even on site staff members. We've seen the benefits ... but more importantly ... so have our clients! Ah, but in what ways you might ask? Primarily cost savings, but also drink choice, drink quality and ultimately, staff satisfaction.
First, the cost savings. Being a manufacturer of hot beverage consumables and having volume buying advantages (we have many hundreds of clients), are two ways in which we save our clients a lot of money. This extends to monitoring of consumption and providing managers with advice on drink choices.
As professionals in this industry, we also know how to place the right coffee solution in each company, and again this helps reduce waste and improves cost saving.
The "hidden" cost saving of not having the coffee machines on a company's balance sheet is also important. We supply all equipment and there are no assets in the company's name to depreciate, or to dispose off after the asset's useful life is reached.
Finally, no-one needs to worry about stock levels, ordering etc as we manage that as well.
Second, drink choice. Our machines offer a tremendous choice of beverages from cappuccino through to moccachino and hot chocolate. This removes the drudgery of the coffee break and gives staff the feeling that they are indeed valued!
Third, drink quality. Gone are the days of coffee machines with just instant coffee with creamer powder. Now you can get bean coffee and fresh milk options too. In blind tastings, we have seen the coffee vending machines beat the traditional coffee machines for taste quality.
Fourth, staff satisfaction. Well let's think about this. If you can have happy staff while saving money... isn't that a big win? We regularly conduct staff satisfaction surveys with our clients, and we find that staff are in fact very satisfied with a coffee vending solution. So much so that the temptation to "pop out" to the local coffee shop is reduced significantly. That improves employee productivity and leads back to where we started this article... it saves money!
At risk of sounding our own trumpet, be aware that not all coffee service providers deliver on their promises. Some may offer cheap options, others may be more expensive ... neither may save you money nor keep your staff happy. Look at a coffee solutions service provider's references and track record - both will indicate that there is an advantage in using a good coffee service ... especially where clients have remained clients year after year.
